Gutentag von Dresden

Recently came back from Dresden for business. Had a chance to shoot some more pics for the company and then walked around the downtown area for some more pictures. Dresden had to be completely rebuilt after the Allied bombing in WWII, including all of the buildings in the downtown area. After the Iron Curtain collapsed, Germany undertook a restoration project, which included cataloging and then using computer models to reconstruct buildings from the rubble left over after the war.
